Age Limits

Under UK law, we are unable to sell alcoholic drinks for consumption to anyone under the age of 18. When you place an order for alcohol with Wine Divine, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old and that you will not provide alcohol to be consumed by anyone under the age of 18.

Wine Divine Ltd have adopted the “Challenge 25” initiative. This means that, at our events, anyone appearing to be 25 years of age or under will be requested to provide photographic proof of age before sampling and /or purchasing alcohol, to prove that they are aged 18 years or over.   The only exception to this is where wine, beer or cider is being purchased with a table meal at relevant premises.  For exact details please refer to The Licensing Act 2003 Chapter 17, Section 149 - The Purchase of Alcohol by or on behalf of Children.

Drinking – without Driving

Spitoons are provided at our parties and events for our guests who wish to taste rather than drink. Those who wish to drink as well as taste are strongly advised to arrange a taxi or alternative lift home following our events.
